VII. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Consumers and Users

Where the user qualifies as a consumer under applicable legislation, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals determined by the applicable consumer protection laws, including those corresponding to the consumer's domicile or the place of performance of the relevant obligation.

Professional Users and Companies
